The multi-purpose station offers virtually unlimited cable exercise potential: perform standing rows, core rotations, lat pulldowns, tricep extensions, ab crunches and more. The Apollo 7000 Series' modular design offers the freedom to create a stand-alone station, or 2, 3, and even 4 weight stack combinations. As a stand-alone unit it requires the Rear Post (AP-70RP); to combine with other Apollo stations, add the Apollo Center Post (AP-70CP).
