Heart Rate Control
“To get an optimum workout it is important to pace yourself,” said Bob Starr, TRUE Fitness Product Manager. “You want your heart rate at the proper level for an extended period of time. If your heart rate gets too high your activity can become counterproductive, if it is too low you are not getting any substantial health benefits.”
The TRUE M50 Elliptical Trainer comes equipped with a digital contact heart rate monitoring system as well as a Polar® wireless telemetry system to assist users in maintaining their optimum heart rate and maximizing workout results.
Also includes TRUE’s Heart Rate Control (HRC®) System, and patented one touch HRC® Cruise Control to “lock in” on a specific target heart rate. HRC Cruise Control makes gradual adjustments to speed, grade, and resistance throughout the duration of the workout to keep the user within a few beats of their target heart rate.
