Heart Rate Control
“To get an optimum workout it is important to pace yourself,” said Bob Starr, TRUE Fitness Product Manager. “You want your heart rate at the proper level for an extended period of time. If your heart rate gets too high your activity can become counterproductive, if it is too low you are not getting any substantial health benefits.”
The TRUE C400 Commercial Elliptical comes equipped with a digital contact heart rate monitoring system as well as a Polar® wireless telemetry system to assist users in maintaining their optimum heart rate and maximizing workout results.
Also includes TRUE’s Heart Rate Control (HRC®) System, and patented one touch HRC® Cruise Control to “lock in” on a specific target heart rate. HRC Cruise Control makes gradual adjustments to resistance throughout the duration of the workout to keep the user within a few beats of their target heart rate.

The TRUE ENVISION 16” LCD TOUCHSCREEN CONSOLE provides users an interface with a contemporary design and intuitive framework. With these options, a built-in cooling fan, and tablet holder at their fingertips, gym members will enjoy both exercising and your facility even more. The ENVISION console home screen is customizable, add your logo to promote your brand, or deliver messages. The console is compatible with Polar® heart rate monitors, and includes Bluetooth to connect to Apple and Android devices and apps, like Wahoo RUNFIT. The TRUE ENVISION 9″ TOUCHSCREEN CONSOLE features a vivid 9 inch display that provides an intuitive design packed with enhanced programming. EMERGE Console:
The TRUE EMERGE LED CONSOLE has a simplistic design that is inviting and offers easy navigation. EMERGE appeals to those users who want to walk up to a TRUE machine and quickly start their workout. EMERGE offers advanced simplicity to meet the needs of every level of user. The Emerge LED console also comes equipped with Heart Rate Control Programs, including TRUE’s patented HRC® Cruise Control.
